    Flu Information
    Flu season has begun and January is one of the peak “flu season” months. Respiratory illnesses, in addition to seasonal flu, are common this time of year – but there is a difference.  Please review the attached letter to parents from our lead school nurse concerning flu prevention.

    Teach Like a Pirate
    Teachers at SHP are using the book, Teach Like a Pirate by David Burgess, for professional learning.  A teacher per grade level is also being honored for showing that pirate spirit.  Check back here to see who is "Teaching Like a Pirate."

    Greene County Public School District is using a NEW online meal prepay service.  As a parent you can rest assured in knowing that the money that you place on your child’s meal account is secure and available for your student to use in Greene County Schools cafeterias.
